Travel Instructor
Positions for Travel Instructor's are part-time and consist of two evenings per week. The Travel and Tourism Academy seeks qualified travel professionals as instructors.
The primary responsibilities of an instructor is to follow our PA Dept. of Education approved curriculum; teaching from our manuals; advising students; and maintaining accurate student records.
Requirements for this position
| Applicants must be motivated, enthusiastic, patient, and have the ability to manage a class. |
| Applicants must be Travel Agents currently working in the business of selling travel services. |
| As per Rule 73.104 from the PA Dept. of Education's regulations, applicants must have a minimum of two years experience as a Travel Agent and be in possession of a valid IATAN card. |
| A working knowledge of SABRE Computer Reservation Systems. |
| Previous experience with adult education is a plus but not required. |
